Joe Davidovitz has been appointed General Manager at voco Winchester Hotel & Spa and James Watson joins as Hotel Operations Manager.
Joe brings 15 years of experience with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). He joined Castlebridge Hospitality at voco Winchester Hotel & Spa in October 2023 as Operations Manager and has since progressed through a series of promotions recognising his leadership and operational achievements. He was appointed Hotel Manager in January 2025, before being promoted to General Manager.
With 12 years of hospitality experience, James has developed a strong operational background through a range of roles within Marriott Hotels, spanning conference and banqueting, leisure, and food and beverage management. He joined Castlebridge Hospitality at voco Winchester Hotel & Spa in February 2026.
