GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted at evening events. The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings and equipment therein by any act, default or neglect of the customer or guests of the customer and will be required to reimburse the full amount to make good or remedy any such damage. We reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements or the facilities features in this brochure should we find an alteration necessary. For any exclusive events (when function rooms are occupied by your organisation/guests alone) or if you book a group of more than 10 bedrooms, a separate contract must be signed. Minimum numbers apply for any exclusive events regardless of the day of week. Please contact our Christmas coordinator for further information. The final balance for all festive bookings must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event date.

CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS

Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of enquiry or they will automatically be released. To confirm a provisional booking the Hotel requires a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person. Deposits can be paid by credit or debit card or by BACS. The final balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event at which point full menu choices will also be required. Groups of less than 10 guests may be seated at tables with other parties. Groups of over 10 guests may be catered for on more than one table. Any individual requirements must be discussed with the Christmas coordinator. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without liability to the Hotel.

NEW YEAR’ S EVE

A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the final balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event at which point full menu choices will also be required. Groups of less than 10 guests may be seated at tables with other parties. Groups of over 10 guests may be catered for on more than one table. Any individual requirements must be discussed with the Christmas coordinator. CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel and all deposits and prepayments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If full pre-payment is not received 4 weeks prior to the event; the Hotel reserves the right to release your booking and retain the deposit paid. If numbers decrease within 4 weeks of the event (including non-arrivals) the overpayment of the deposit cannot be offset against your booking in any way.
